Black women face unrivaled challenges and barriers in business and the workplace. Black women are:

  • severely underrepresented in higher paying industries & jobs

  • severely underrepresented in leadership & management roles,

  • less likely to get to the training, development, and support necessary for success and advancement from their managers and firms

  • more likely to experience discrimination and microaggressions at work

In order to address the significant barriers Black women face in business, we must identify, develop, and support the pipeline of leaders as early as possible.
